see building your next home or renovation project. With eleven years of
experience in the Perth building industry, both have witnessed firsthand
the lack of care and respect that is sometimes shown towards clients
from building their own home through a builder. As such they have
developed strong personal values and have discovered that the key to
building a high quality home is good preparation, frequent
communication, good scheduling and honest, hard-working tradesmen.

For this reason David and Josie are your main point of contact for
every project undertaken with Mindful Homes in Perth. David, a qualified
bricklayer, can be found on site supervising tradesmen and offering his
skills and expertise to ensure a job well done. Josie will sometimes
make an appearance onsite to check progress, but will most often be in
the office answering any questions and concerns and overseeing all the
behind the scenes work that gets your home built.

This hands-on approach to your building project is how David and
Josie ensure that upon handover, you’ll be getting the house, renovation
